They’re giant in Tennessee!! We went out one day and the smallest we caught was 18lbs and the biggest was 38! I know a guy that caught a 53lber. Our bait was minnows.

You should try this recipe. Coat a trout in butter season with lemon pepper squeeze fresh lemon on it with sliced onions and top it with asparagus. Bake in oven for twenty minutes and enjoy

I'm from Maryland, striper is officially our state fish. We call it rockfish. It is sold in restaurants here but very expensive. It is known as the best freshwater fish known to man where I come from. Although snakehead is giving it a run for it's money.
