A very dedicated and excellent provider would give the perfect assessment and let the patient know honest medical opinions. But it’s hard to find the best providers and it’s about the face! We simply can’t play around. I find that patients have to be very well educated nowadays we can’t afford to just listen to any injector or doctor 😳

When she started seeing the results and speaking I noticed the drooping and the too much filler in the bottom of her jaw at the corner where the mandible is. I think when they put this injection while the person is laying down with looser skin that they put enough to fill it but when the weight of their face is distributed when they sit up the filler moves and it's too much.

You made the jawline skin much more droopy....i'm no expert but the proof is in her face. This is why practitioners should put filler in while patient is sitting upright so the practitioner can see exactly how the face is drooping. The jawline and marionette lines are very easily made more apparent obviously with more weight pushing down on them and filler is more weight so sometimes filler will make these areas droop more if not added to right spot or overdone.

Fillers, on the other hand, are used to restore volume, lift/enhance cheek bones, thus eliminating sagging of the whole face a bit, and reshape chin and jawline.

The patient still wanted to look like herself but with brighter eyes and restored volumes in the areas where ageing was apparent (the temples and mid-face), and what the patient wants always comes first.
