Many people don't realize that Jacksonville, FL is a Chemical & Manufacturing Town. When Hurricane Irma 🌀 hit it in 2018 my Appartment in the neighborhood of Riverside was without Power 🔋 for almost a month on account of the fact that all the majority of Powerlines run underground. When the Hurricans hit they need to be dug up and replaced. In addition to that we had to stay away from the St.John's River on account of the Chemicals that were in it due the Manufacturing and Chemical Plants that Jacksonville has. Jacksonville's issues are there's really nothing in the Downtown Area, all the Convent Areas to live for Work are not areas you want to live in on account of the Crime and the Condition that it's in to get to the Nice Areas and Activities Jacksonville does have it takes you about 20 - 30 Minutes to get to on account Jacksonville is such a big place Land Mass Wise and Excluding JAX Beach, Jacksonville University, and the Jacksonville Jaguars, & The Boat Parades they have there's really nothing to attract anyone to visit Jacksonville other than the fact the Cost of Living is Cheaper than the rest of the State of FL. I lasted there for 2 Years before I packed and headed back North.

@@mothekidd6647 The upkeep is very expensive on an older home. I grew up in a 1920's two story Craftsman and my parents sunk sooo much money into it every year. They paid $12,500 for it (3500 sq ft) in the late 60's and the last time it sold a few years ago it was $1.5 million. Crazy.
