I’ve been visiting Khane khas ever since I was a kid. This has been my favourite restaurant in the whole wide world for over 25yrs! Hardip uncle is family and is hands down one of the most charming, genuine and loving people I have the honour of knowing. His restaurant reflects his personality and promises everyone a homely, loving and above all an amazing culinary experience! Very happy to see Khane Khas get the recognition it rightfully deserves. Amazing Punjabi cuisines especially tandoori chicken , sukha chicken, biryani is always A1 and adding daal makhani and sarso ka saag is amazing. Just avoid the ring of bell in between dialogues

Kunal, another great episode. My heart wants to try all the joints. But bugetory restrictions are there. Nontheless, I will try the chicken sukha. Its very easy. I also like everything sukha. In Chinese joint if you will go, if you ask for gravy then they will add starch water. Better to order dry items. I also visit different restaurants. Maybe one day I will catch up with you.

Tempting, and It looked really awesome, however, subjective, tried level best to be maa ke haath ka khaana. Being said, that, Punjabi khana is incomplete without sprinkle of Fresh Dhania leaves, and special puch of Desi ghee with loads of love. Masala, specially onion was a bit more roasted, which is not required until we plan to preserve for long. BTW, garlic chocka later once the dish is prepared, gives a far better authentic and genetic taste. Awesome coverage with words from the heart, and seems genuine restaurant rare to see. कूनाल साबजि बडे बडे शहर में घर जैसे खाना मिलता है. क्या बात है. ये सब छोडो और गांव तर्फे जाओ वहां पर मीलता है घर जैसा खाना. गांव मे तो चूले पर बनता है खाना. बहूत बड्या बनता है . मगर हां खाने का पैसे देने पडते है फूकटका खाना नाही मिलता है. धन्यवाद साहेब जी.
