Pretty cool song, Marty. Some nice '80s pop sounds, and I can definitely hear a little Devo influence in there. Fairly strange Vice story, but with Halloween coming up, it kind of works. And any episode featuring the black Daytona is all right by me! 🙂

I remember this episode. RIP Clarence Williams, III. There was another song called "Can't Turn Back" by Red Rider and "Phantom Living" by The Fixx during Legba's Funeral scene, as well. Loved Jan Hammer's music cues - especially during the scene where Crockett is at his desk doing paperwork and asks Pepe' the janitor, about Voodoo.

Great work, thanks for putting this together - the song definitely captures the era the the episode- was one of my favorites from Miami Vice,, yeah a bit trippy and out there, but like nothing else that was on tv at the time - the voodoo theme takes me back to the movie "the serpent and the rainbow" which was another interesting film of the time

Back in the 70's and 80's, voodoo was definitely prevalent in South Florida. Now ? I don't know.
