That bagpipe-like noise you hear on "Wah-Wah" is a zurna. It's essentially the Middle Eastern equivalent to a kazoo, albeit with a darker-produced sound.

great reaction. it's a truly incredible album. i jump on the train tomorrow, and off too see them in Manchester the day after. it will be my 3rd time after Glasgow in 19 and London earlier this year. Greatest rock band in the world today. It's not even a subjective thing. Woooo
