I just discovered that None Such Mincemeat is no longer being made. 😢. Just used my last jar! I did the egg wash, which I’ve never done. But I dabbed off the excess. Then I sprinkled it with sugar. I grew up eating mincemeat. Love it!

Oh no! That was probably why it was on sale last year. I was planning on buying 4 more church suppers. From scratch now? I have only one left.

My grandparents Iiked mince meat pie. They were born in the early 1920s. I never liked it at all. Thanks for noting that glass bakeware cooks faster than metal.
