Here’s my take: Personally, I wouldn’t call myself a kpop fan just because I like BTS. There’s an ongoing debate in South Korea whether BTS is actually kpop or not. Not that it matters to me anyways, as I think BTS have established themselves as the most influential South Korean artist, dominating the top music markets in the world. I don’t like any other kpop groups and I have checked them out. Not that there’s anything wrong with them, just not my cup of tea. Therefore, I only say I’m a BTS fan not kpop. I only support BTS, not the whole industry, lmao. All my love, support, and money is reserved for BTS only. End of story.

In short antis want something to hate on because they are successful If they doesn't explore in other genres they they will say BTS is boring and if they do they say BTS is western group now. BTS is shining so bright that restricting them into just kpop is not good. Imagine how many beautiful songs they can produce with that experiments and they are producing. Take him back to the beginning of BTS and Bulletproof2 or FIRE, it's also an amazing dance number. Tell him that Jimin holds 2 black belts. One in taekwondo & the other in Kendo. I can't wait until you get to see them in concert. It's unbelievable !

Kendo has no belting system but a "Dan" system. Jimin is likely to be in 4th Dan. The next Dan and beyond are "master" levels and require many many years and contributions to the art, before you can achieve them.

I have two questions: When you learned BS&T, who's dance are you replicating? Just curious if you chose one or moved through the different members as they took center. And #2, the power of BTS is their group unity. You may learn the dance but lets see if you can get 6 other people to dance in sync. LOL, just having fun. Love your reactions.

I loved your enthusiasm! That's excatly me when I share BTS with friends... :) One thing though, that they have a hand in the creation of their music is putting it mildly. Because there are a lot of groups out there who only get finished music from their company delivered and they then solely change one or two sentences.
