Rosella...I have to tell you that, of all the Cooking with Nonna videos I've watched, I think this is my favorite so far! Nonna Carmela is just so sweet and I thoroughly enjoyed listening and watching your interaction with her! It really felt like I was there, just sitting in the kitchen , listening to a nonna sharing her heart about food and family. I will become a nonna for the first time in October. I hope that my relationship with my grandchild will be as special! Absolutely LOVED watching this....and I will be making this recipe tonight!

Nice! She's a sweet Nonna, and from Bari! (We're Barese) . Nice to see an authentic Italian stuffed mushroom. I've never seen anybody on KZbin use the stems. They throw them away! What a waste.

My grandmother always told me when in kitchen long hair has to be tied back . For safety and also hair does not fall in the food . Great show love all your recipes . You should allow your guest Nonna to cook and u stand on the side .

FYI, just push against one side of the stem, and it will tip so you can pick it right off. No tool needed.
