This brings back such fond memories. My mate and I spend 4 days on the island (all we could afford) on our way back from Oz to So Cal back in 1986. Only 4 surfers in the water at any given time. The waves were just over head but when you get two barrels on a wave nobody's was complaining. That was living the dream for sure! Great edit guys and I'm looking forward for the next episode, Pura Vida.

I don’t know how that place couldn’t be anyone’s favourite place on the planet. The thing I like best about this particular video, its that they probably all shared this specific dream at either the same time or different times of their lives as kids and they all get to live it as a group of best friends. The difference between this profession and other professional athletes is that the others while maybe sharing the same dream and playing in the same league, they get split up and might not get to live it as a unit unless they get lucky enough to get drafted or sign on the same team. Such a unique and blessed life I’m sure you’re all aware of..
