When Elizabeth was raped as a teenager, her grandmother helped her and we never knew if her parents even cared. They never came to see her or called. When she was abused by her husband, Sonny's brother, and was pushed down stairs thus losing their baby. Her parents never called or cared. When Elizabeth was married to Lucky and he left her due to things that she did and was sorry for and needed support, you guessed it her parents were MIA and were not even mentioned. Do you know when they cared? That was when her sister Sara studied to be a doctor they called to congratulate her.

They could work on that whole angle of feeling abandoned by her parents and always second to her sister Sarah.Please don't make it sexual abuse by either parent.This would be a good time to get Teri more involved since they were childhood friends.Return of Lucky Spencer would be great.When Frank and his crew took over they just wrote Lucky completely out of GH.That was the start of their trend writing characters out of character, because Lucky vowed not to be a MIA dad like his father.Yet the writers made him that way.

Elizabeth's mom and dad just dropped them off and went to do what they wanted to do. That is cold blooded. When her mom showed up while Elizabeth and Hayden were fighting and told her Hayden was her sister, was priceless.

I thought they were going to do that back in the day with the whole niz if you look back and really hear what she says but they seemed to drop the idea. But she use to say oh it was like I jumped out of my own body and I couldn't stop myself and then they made a whole bunch of random shit happen instead. @@kman20 Jeff Weber was a well respected doctor and a good guy but this wouldn't be the first time that the writers rewrote history and disappointed the fans. Remember when Hayden was shot, and the writers said that someone did it (sorry, I can't remember who it was), but the fans actually knew it had been someone else? That all came out when Shawn came back into the show I think.

Her father was a very loved and respected doctor at General Hospital don’t know anything about her mother. He was one of my favorite characters for a long time… But he went on to be the original McGyver 🤷🏻‍♀️

" What if Jeff and his Wife(or maybe she sold Jeff out and set him up?) were either ambushed or taken hostage immediately following their move to Africa by the Cassidines? Not physically harmed but the lives of their loved ones were threatened(think Robin being held captive in 2015) if they were to not cooperate or reveal their circumstances- they could remain fairly free physically and could remain in contact with their loved ones via phone etc. But they could never return and must remain in the custody of the Cassidine compound! As medical officials especially ones with ties to Port Charles they would have a great use to Helena and/or the other Cassidine's! Or even Cesar Faison? This would explain Helena's obsession over all things Elizabeth besides her affiliation with the Spencer's from Lucky to Aiden for quite some time............not to mention her parents are Webber's as is Laura!
