Haha! That was a great watch. Your vid got recommended on my home page. So close to a kill! Can I make a couple small suggestions? - Leave the seers ring in the bank, just focus on keeping a charged recoil on at all times. - Break an old recoil before every fight so that your next one has 40 full hits available. - Use the Zulrah plugin that helps you know where he goes next. As soon as she ducks under water, swap prayers, and run to the next tile. While your running, it's the perfect time to eat! -When you reach "Jad Phase" keep your prayer tab open, and look at your prayers, NOT at Zulrah, you can see Zulrah in your peripheral vision. When Zulrah thows its head back to attack, swap prayer, repeat.

Thanks a lot man! Oh shit that recoil tip is actually huge. No guide mentioned that lol it's so annoying when it breaks mid fight and I don't even notice

Great video! Im also fairly nooby/new to pvm and its nice to see someone else around my skill level and gear as opposed to those with thousands of boss kc and max bis gear. Looking forward to seeing more from you

Don't worry man, it took me 25 tries before i got my first KC, some advice though: 1. Get a ranged switch for blue Zulrah (mage), this can be as simple as blessed d'hide body, chaps, and a weapon like a crossbow, magic shortbow or blowpipe, only 3 items you need to switch to, its not that hard to switch once you get used to it. 2. Ditch the seers ring, get a ring of suffering if you can afford it and charge that with rings of recoil so you don't have to worry about your ring of recoil breaking. 3. Prioritise your actions in this order for every Zulrah phase switch: Prayer, Positioning, Food, Equipment Switch, Attack Zulrah, Update Zulrah helper plugin. I notice you would change prayer then attack, and just sit in the poison smoke for like 5 seconds before moving. 4. Blue Zulrah is the only Zulrah form that can actually hurt you since he attacks with mage and range, this is the form you should be hovering over your food when you're fighting. 5. You only have to dodge red Zulrah (melee) if you're standing in the north-east corner, which should only ever be the second phase after the initial ranged phase, when red Zulrah pops out, attack once, move to the other square, attack once, move again. If red Zulrah appears any other time where you're standing next to the pillars, he can't hit you at all, so chill, turn your prayer off and just attack him while he swings his tail around missing everything. 6. When the Jad phase (the last green Zulrah (ranged) phase before the rotation resets) comes, if green Zulrah is on the right (west) side, he will always start with a ranged attack, if he's on the left (East) side, he will always start with a mage attack. Switch prayers before he throws his head back, so for example, if you see the green ranged projectile, thats when you switch to protect from magic, and vice versa. The damage calculation is done before you even see the attack itself, not when it visually hits you. Good luck on your further attempts man! I'm at 130 kc and haven't died since 40kc, you really do get used to it.

Really appreciate the tips man! The only one I heard about is the suffering but I was trying to be cheap and save some gp lol might just make the investment though. The melee phase was also kind of confusing so thanks for clearing that up :)

Ngl this was literally me at zulra, with tile packs, with notes... no idea xD! Praying correct and still getting slapped for 20's+

Just a suggestion: map your function keys to your inventory, prayer, and magic panes. This allows you to switch really quickly and boss a lot more efficiently because you don't have to move your mouse back and forth. It improves accuracy and speed of actions

I was really bad when I was learning too😂 fun vid but trident and use blowpipe helps to have 2 weapons if you’ve not go shadow or tbow, I use bowfa and toxic staff of the dead with fire surge and tomb of fire it slaps tbf but if you don’t have fire surge just use trident of the swamp

I was trying to avoid a full setup switch but if I can just do a single weapon switch that's not too bad actually!

You should try memorize one rotation cycle , that way you can get into position and do more DPS, less eating

I’m learning zulrah now as well and going through the same issues haha, so I feel your pain, my question is unrelated to the content but more on how do you get that big rectangle around the screen? What plug in is it ? Cheers and thanks for the content

Thanks man haha good luck too! But the plug in is NPC Aggression Timer. It's the little 8:53 timer in the top left, super useful!

I don't think you noticed the poison clouds which killed you in at least two of your tries? In your last attempt, you could have gotten the kill if you didn't just run into a poison cloud and die.

its not jad phaze, randoms from the mage phaze sometimes shoot ur with range.
