Instead of animating your whole webcomic, have you considered doing a full-colored animation for your favorite panel? or doing a loose sketchy style of your favorite scene? I'd love to see something like that

I think the back hair doesn’t really flow with the wind as much as it should. Maybe if the movement was slower like a light breeze, then it would make sense. That is really good for your official first time though! Well done!

A bit of advice in case it helps. The first animation you did, the seeweed exercise demonstratad a thing that you missed in your hair animation. The curve that the seeweeds tip was following was due to the strand bending, the strand cannot change in size when bent therefore the end was changing in altitude when it was curving which is true to real life, this logic was missed in your hair animation where the hair tips altitude stays the same for almost all of the bangs throughout it's animation cycle. You can easily demonstrate this concept by bending one of your hands and keeping one straight. The hands themselves are the same length but if you put them next to each other they do not cover the same distance anymore, kind of like these shapes l >. Not as tall but technically the same length. Other than that it's a very good first attempt.

Your thoughts about the tourbox are really interesting to me as someone who uses a 12" drawing tablet with express keys. My instinct for moving around the screen is clicking and holding on my pen to use the hand and using the scroll bar on my drawing tablet for zooming. But there, my tablet is so small that my left hand naturally rests right next to the express keys.

A little help that could improve your Animating, by the Practice part at 2:50 imagine the line gets pulled by an Invisible force, first it gets pulled lightly (For example downwards) and then a bit stronger, which means the curve would be more curvyer then before, and also I recomend adding Ease in and ease out (I mean with that, that at the edges of the Sideways 8, add more frames in-between, the more it gets to the edge the more frames in-between!), that makes the animation smoother :D also Try to make the line stay the same length! (This isn't meant in a mean way, I just want to give you some tips to help you improve, that's all! Hope you don't get mad or so :'D but I have to say, the Animated hair Scatch and the finished animation looked really good! ^^)
