Description says "This is a step by step guide to how to tame a Ceratosaurus and everything you need to know about the Archelon on Ark. " but there's no Archelon in the video, but a great guide for the Archelon!

Nooblets I gotta say I'm impressed how you manage to make the ABSOLUTE best taming guides despite players that play more than you have an advantage. Must be that voice

I've found that what causes the drunk effect is it applying the secondary attack, the blood heal/explosion, not it's primary attack. If you can keep that effect running you can get it wasted faster. Takes about 4-6 cocktails on single player PVE. I've had to tame over 20 of these to build a gene trait bank. Also lure it into a behemoth gate octagon pen for safety.

Bro Steve has single-handedly carried me through all of my ark tames. From rexes to gigas, to Velonasaurs and Managarmrs, to Xiphactinus and Rhyniognatha… Steve from Nooblets is THE GOAT Also you’re the first person I’ve seen to have noticed that it’s called the “hemoGOBlin cocktail” and not the “hemoGLOBin cocktail.” WildCard can’t even be fucked to check their spelling now lol

If you use a Rex to tame it, use cooked meat to heal. A stack of raw meat heals for 200. A stack of cooked meat heals for 400.

Rare flowers and a trap might help. I wonder if you can use multiple creatures at the same time to tame it. Does your creature have to survive or use babies?

Shouldn't it be hemoglobin cocktail not hemogoblin? Devs slipped up on that one lol
@biga6664Ай бұрын
I noticed that lol, quite funny. Arms never been good at quality control, same with Morellatops being referred to as ‘camelsaurus’ on eggs and kibble too I think

Like for once again a helpful video but also once again catching WC's wonderful programming skills with the Hemogoblin cocktail buff glitch (thankfully in the players favor for once)

You know I’m still confused. Are these animals your taming part of the normal DLC’s or something because at this point I’m starting to think these are just modded creatures.
@NOOBLETSАй бұрын
normal
@ruvyzvat4741Ай бұрын
They were originally modded dino’s in ASE, but they were added into the base game on ASA. So technically they’re modded dino’s
@DWSP101Ай бұрын
@@ruvyzvat4741 thank you that makes a lot more sense because I’m like looking at this and I’m like these are modded dinos. I hadn’t played ark in forever and I only got a little bit of memory of this but still that’s just very helpful information you gave.

pls nooblets ive been trying to find the stats for the alpaha overseer using 18 rexs and a daeodon and yuty in single player can 1600%damage and 40 000 hp with master craft saddls do the trick
@stofferberry5919Ай бұрын
As far as I'm aware, my first time I had a similar set up and stats and had no trouble defeating the alpha overseer. The hardest part is getting the rexes through the cave without dying.

How are you still playing ark after all the nonsense? this is a genuine question I just broke free from the chains this game had on me
@YkskolmeАй бұрын
you pronouncing such latin name 'cerallosaurus' instead of having single hint of letter T is such moment But nothing like the Wildcard absolutely butchering the look and size of what cerato looked irl. You coulnt tell that was ceratosaurus unless its name told you that...
@notrelatedtobacon1282Ай бұрын
I mean have you seen the megalodons? WC arent known for being accurate or competent 😅
@cosmic7639Ай бұрын
Wildcard didn't design the creatures look or abilities at all actually, it was a originally a mod by Garugu called Ark Additions that provides high quality modded creatures, this is the same mod that included the Acrocanthosaurus and the Deinosuchus as well as several others. Wildcard made the decision to work with and pay the creator and port his mod into the regular game to make the creatures part of the regular game. They changed some of the stats and numbers but didn't edit any of the abilities of the appearances of the creatures.
