I suppose every other remaster that has been made since atari should now be rebranded to "the same game" because some kid on the internet wants it to be that. No. I am old af. I saw the rise of video games as a consumer product. Im not just speaking out of my ass when i say its not the same game. And if people think it is then every mario remaster and every skyrim remaster, etc should be put in the same category. Since none of us want that (gamers) then you and everyone else on that band wagon might want to just take a look for what it actually is instead of just hiding behind "the same game" bs.

Hopefully they add more customable options later or this might be the precursor to more content in Bob's True Tales or Lost Colony. Plus I can't wait to see if someone in the modding community will give it more life. It's great on its own, but I think it needs a little more meat.

@ Only the Harpoon was janky, and some of the collision (like with the rex) but otherwise they implemented a car INTO A DINO GAME very well

I remember the old, old Tek ATV that broke the game when it was first released and had to be removed for a while. Not sure if it ever got fixed or not. I feel like it was back when we could tame the Broodmother.

I do like these battlerigs but havent yet go to build one and i dont exactly like how much element dust i need for the Element-Imbued Fuel but that will eventually sort itself out. One thing i just dont understand is why people say that train, steampunk android and cars are too much for Ark but they seem to be fine with Tek suit with jet pack, superspeed, nightvision/scanner, super punch and fall damage remover 3000 that was in the game pretty much since the beginning.

@@Ronwjr Yeah, forgot that one. It does takes away something from the gameplay but it was there from the beginning and eventually you will progress to this stuff. You cant keep it primitive forever but that is where Ark 2 comes in based on what was said by WildCard founders.

The towhook seems fun, the tranq turret could become interesting with just a bit more range, it has to be possible to stay out of autohit range, even if only barely, but forced inside is just wrong. But as a duo, 1 driving and 1 shooting from the seat and, if possible also from the turret if anthird fits... Could be fun, from a pve players perspective

FYI Nooblets, you can put foundation at the back of the Rig, though nothing else seems to attach to it. Something to explore! But yeah, they are a little bit buggy and the weapons are awful for the cost of the thing. Still very cool addition that hopefully with some modders touch could end up incredible

In fact, if you put a foundation or two as far as they can go, you can fit a Cannon with ammo box and seats, or a rocket turret in the back. You can even make an armoured cage in the back using Pillars side by side 😂

@@smcfadden1992 Nope, the one that was in the game pretty much since the beginning. Free one came with Genesis 2 which is not in ASA yet. Also there is a Mek in the game (Extinction dlc). By lore if they can make Mek, why not a car? Also there was Tek ATV in ASE for a long time. It was broken and unfinished but it was there.
