Oh this is before the Loreology of the T’au. I like the Ghostkeel the most because despite its size, it’s incredibly stealthy, and has such a cool name! The Kroot and Vespid may not be the only minor Xenos factions. Yet, they’re the only ones who get significant attention from GW (especially the Kroot) so I’m glad you both know of them now

As a person whose main army in 40k is TAU, this was such a fun experience to have 2 guys who know nothing about 40k guessing how these units work :D

Lore correction for the firewarrior information. The standard firewarrior is issued a pulse rifle or pulse carbine. Both are pulse weapons based on plasma weapon technology. Rail rifles are special issue weapons of the reconnaissance branch called pathfinders.

Tau are my favorite faction in 50K. I wish they had a lot more auxiliar models though. They have a lot of different Xenos in their empire, even humans.

@@GMineo Kroot and vespids, for example, are auxiliary troops for the Tau. There are also humans have joined the Tau Empire and fight as auxiliary troops as well.

The names of the Tau vehicles are just so funny and stupid. Most of the things have either direct fish names with the piranha and the barracuda and tiger shark to name a few. Others have a nautic vibe to them. And that’s because the Imperium named them. And the imperium is the big friend of xenos. Just kinding they think that tau are fish because they are blue. So they named them after fish. Tau have hoofs. On Tau, the homeplanet, you got mostly deserts and savannas.

Hello! avid T'au player here! not trying to "actually" you but the Fire warriors don't use rail rifles, they use pulse rifles. Rail rifles are specifically special weapons used by pathfinders. Also, Ethereals are not immortal and not psychic.
