I agree with everyone here. I've also tried a lot ramen and now I'm mostly making the sauce myself, but Shin ramen is imo one of the worst ones out there. It's spicy and only tastes like spice and nothing else. He also said it's HIS list after all.

Had tried most of them, even I am not Asian I hook up by Mama and Samyang. I love spicy noodles but I put small cut meat and greens and use very little spice, it is heavenly ramen.

In my own opinion, Indonesian fried Indomie is very suitable to be combined with other vegetables, shrimp and eggs. Just like in Nigeria it is like a daily food and the same goes for Ghana, not a day goes by without Indomie, Indomie is even used as a wedding dowry there. Everyone comes back to their own taste.

You had me at MAMA. I have been eating Sapporo Ichiban (Japan) as my staple noodle as it has a fantastic umami flavour and my wife is Japanese heritage. After watching a review i have tried Indomie Mi Goreng Hot & Spicy (Indonesia) and love that one as well as i enjoy a spicy treat. My next foray into the noodle category will be Mama Tom Yum (Thailand) and looking to find a Korean noodle for the fourth on my list of things to enjoy noodle wise in life. Cheers

This is a completely arbitrary review of instant noodles. Its solely based on your own personal experiences. In 2:05, you say that Pop Mie is full of MSG. All instant noodles are loaded with MSG. Also Shin ramyun is obviously Korean, they have Korean characters and are literally called ramyun. I am utmost disappointed that you titled this video "Noodle Expert"

Nissin Soba is from Hungary, it's pretty famous in Hungary since Nissin moved it's factory from the Netherlands to Hungary and Nissin became famous in Hungary, Hungary has a local brand named Nissin Smack which is pretty tasty! And yeah i get it that Nissin Soba is disgusting but you could improve it with more indengrients.

Nongshim Neoguri Spicy Seafood are the tastiest followed Shin Black because of the separate packet of broth that comes with it. I tried Top Ramen from a dollar store and they were bland regardless of how much hot sauce and MSG I dumped into it.

Maybe you should try the cuppa noodles with Tapatio Mexican chili bottle lemon and and half a teaspoon of soy sauce, it was changed the taste. And yes, Ramen was always popular in prison because they make it with cheese hotdog and chili and they wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in the microwave they spread. I never been present, but I have a lot of family that I know the truth so that’s how they make tamales out of Ramen, try it out maybe never know you might like it

I'm from Sweden and as a kid I always called Instant Ramen "Chinese Spaghetti". But it was Japanese lul, Nissin Demae Ramen Beef is what I loved growing up. The one with the sauce/grease packet is what we called "Luxury Noodles" when I started going to LAN-parties.
