Noopept has many benefits over piracetam for me, including cost and availability. I use noopept sublingual powder. My family carries a gene for dementia and ALS which can be triggered (in theory) by neural damage/degradation, so I’m interested in both neural performance as well as long term neural protection benefits. Excellent for regular or intermittent use without ramping requirement. Short term benefit when desired ie performance on demand. Easy to determine dosage levels. I even recently tried combining noopept with psilocybin, with an.. interesting effect. Too high dosage will give sharp headache. Early in my usage I noticed stomach upset but no longer notice that effect. Recommend trying if interested.

Hi Dave, I just found out about Noopept after I watched the Bio Hackers on Cosmic Nootropic. I watched your video and ordered Noopept now waiting for them to arrive, as I was reading the comments you said to supplement with 300 mg CDP-Choline or Alpha GPC. I ordered the 300 mg CDP-Choline as you mentioned that one first. I know to take 2 10mg twice a day and the dosage for the 300 mg CDP-Choline Nutracost is 1 pill a day so I assume all is good. I am new to this Nootropics as I am a Forex trader as muscle memory and concentration is critical. I am now a fan of yours and being 59 yo I need all the help I can find and your leading the way my friend Thank you

Don't use any more than 30 mg per day Noopept per day. It needs extra acetylcholine to work best which is why we use 300 mg CDP-Choline (which can be used twice per day). I suggest starting with 10 mg Noopept at first to see how you react. And if you are 59 I highly recommend you watch (and make notes) on my video Best Nootropics for Aging. I have not researched Semax but do know both increase BDNF. Noopept has a very different mechanism of action. Both were developed in Russia. Noopept in 1996 and Semax in 2011.

I am sober now after a TBI and living in assisted livings. What I have learned is, along with pharmacology education prior to my TBI, nootropics and nature is best. This is one I have been wanting to try for over a decade and half. This is one I have always wanted to try, however, I cant get overstimulated due to TBI. I have no access to short acting GABAergics, so I wonder if this would be good. A lot of the ones I have tried, especially anything stimulants, help my memory 100%. Once I get a good amount and percentage (98%) of Magnolol and Honokiol (that's the 98% part), I will then start saving for some of these. It will be better to be equipped with things that can control overstimulation. Cerebolysn is supposed to great, Carnasoic Acid? Something like that. And unfortunately, I cannot remember what I was recommended by everyone on a nootropics discord for TBI memory. They said it would essentially reverse the memory issues and prolong the dementia ill get when older.

Noopept is not considered a stimulant. It's a good study aid, music sounds better, verbal fluidity gets a boost, your mood should be better, and long-term memory is better. And it works better if you use it with CDP-Choline or Alpha GPC. But that's all you'll get if you choose to try Noopept.

Hello sir. I searched for information about Noopept in scientific papers and found no mention of short-term memory loss as a side effect. Your website also does not mention this. However, on sites like Reddit/Quora there are many people who agree that Noopept causes short-term memory loss. I just bought Noopept 10mg made in Russia. I broke it in half and took it twice a day. I noticed a slight short-term memory loss. I take 5mg of Noopept with 150mg of Alpha-GPC. There are some opinions that Noopept causes short-term memory loss in the first few weeks. Dee, there are a number of nootropic supplement vendors who have problems getting a payment processor for their shopping cart. Sometimes you need to call or text the credit card company or bank and tell them it was a legitimate charge.
