ed effetti collaterali del nopal
Gli effetti collaterali associati al consumo di nopal possono includere una lieve diarrea, nausea, pienezza addominale, cefalea e aumento del volume delle feci e della frequenza della loro espulsione.
Devono usare cautela i pazienti con diabete o ipoglicemia, colesterolo alto, pressione sanguigna bassa e disfunzione della tiroide.
Anche coloro affetti da rinite o asma, devono porre attenzione.
Come anche quei pazienti con la funzione epatica compromessa devono evitare l’uso di Nopal.
Il Nopal non è raccomandato verso donne in gravidanza o che allattano a causa della mancanza di evidenze scientifiche disponibili.
Se miscelato con acqua o altri fluidi, il nopal forma un gel appiccicoso e scivoloso. Per cui prendere il nopal per via orale potrebbe bloccare l'assorbimento di farmaci, integratori, e sostanze nutrienti dagli alimenti che vengono assunti in quel momento.
Tradizionalmente, i pazienti sono invitati a non mangiare i pasti o assumere farmaci nelle due ore successive all’impiego di Nopal per via orale.
Il Nopal può agire come un assorbitore acido. Usare con cautela se si utilizzano farmaci anti-ulcera.
L'uso di Nopal e chloropropamide in concomitanza può aumentare il livello ipoglicemico nel sangue, con l’effetto di alzare i livelli di insulina nei pazienti con diabete di tipo 2. Grandi dosi di nopal possono causare effetti negativi sul fegato e milza.
Inoltre il Nopal può diminuire l’accumolo di lipidi (grassi) nel sangue. Usare cautela se si assumono farmaci a causa di possibili effetti additivi per abbassare il colesterolo.
Il dosaggio varia a seconda dell’età e delle condizioni di salute del paziente, per cui si consiglia la consultazione del medico di famiglia per ottimizzare gli effetti del Nopal.

Il fico d'India ovvero il cactus Nopal è costituito da cuscinetti carnosi ovali, con frutti di colore scuro dalla forma ovale come un avocado e in certe stagioni appaiono anche fiori colorati.
I cuscinetti sono chiamati "nopalitas" e una volta spogliati delle loro spine possono essere usati per una numerosa gamma di piatti in cucina. Possono anche fungere da condimento nell’ insalata, cotti alla griglia, marinati, saltati ed essere utilizzati come ripieno nei tacos e enchiladas.
Le pastiglie derivate da questo cactus forniscono beta-carotene, ferro, alcune vitamine del gruppo B, vitamina C e calcio ed inoltre sia le pastiglie sia i frutti del cactus Nopal sono buone fonti di fibra alimentare.
Come cosmetico, il succo/gel estratto dalle pale, per centrifugazione, ad esempio, può essere utilizzato per lenire la pelle ustionata o graffiata, gli eritemi o curare i foruncoli. E' cicatrizzante, disinfettante, si applica direttamente sulla pelle e quindi se siete al mare nelle regioni mediterranee, è veramente facile raccoglierne un po' in caso di bisogno.

Io uso il pelapatate e dopo averle passata con un giornale e lavate le pelosenza stare lì a togliere una per una, unica attenzione nel pelarle, che essendo mucillaginose scivolano delle mani, ma sciacquandosi le mangi spesso si riesce. Poi la ho preparata anche in insalata, con cipollotti fresco sale peperoncino, olio evo e limone, oppure sbollentato, e passare in pastella poi fritte o fondite come i fagiolini

@@anna-dc6uvsono semplici da preparare, con un po di fantasia, sia crude che cotte, sono versatili. Crude hanno il sentore del peperone, quindi adatte in insalate miste, con tutte le crudità: pomodori, rape rosse, cetrioli, una cosa è che cruda, a qualcuno può far fastidio il fatto che sono mucillaginose, ma se non da fastidio, sono davvero un toccasana per l'organismo, si può aggiungere un po di zenzero tagliato sottile oppure in polvere, poi sale, peperoncino olio evo e limone come ogni insalata, varia la fantasia. Sono rinfrescanti e ricche di sali minerali. Hanno le identiche proprietà dell'aloe vera. Si pui preparare anche un frullato da bere, con un po di limone e zenzero. Se invece cotte perdono la mucillaginosità, ma cotte perde un po di vitamine come ogni verdura. Cotte ricordano un po il sapore dei fagiolini. Bastano dieci minuti di cottura, anche meno. Si immergono nell'acqua già a bollore, non è freddo, altrimenti la dispersione delle proprietà organolettiche è maggiore. Si possono cucinare anche nella vaporiera. Una volta scottate nellacqya bollente, si possono passare nell'uovo, Pan grattugiato e parmigiano e friggere, oppure consumare con un condimento a crisi come ogni verdura. Si possono tagliare a tocchetti più o meno piccola i grandi, va molto la fantasia nella preparazione, come ogni verdura, e di prestano con ottime idee.

Hola, saludos desde México. Pueden cocer el nopal ya sin espinas, picado en cubos, en agua y un trozo de cebolla. Se cuela, se envuelve en un trapo limpio hasta que enfríen. Picar cebolla, poner en una ensaladera junto con el nopal cocido, un poco de cilantro fresco picado, orégano seco, sal. Revolver, y como ensalada.

Прежде всего лучше использовать молодой лист. Хорошо почистить жестковатой щёткой для того, чтобы убрать мелкие иголки. Затем аккуратно провернуть лист и сорвать его. Хорошо промыть под сточной водой и убрать крупные иглы, можно использовать пинцеты. Затем снять кожуру. Порезать на кубики и измельчить блендером. Через сито процедить. Можно добавлять в напитки, наносить на волосы при мытьё, а также делать маски, добавив мёд.

@@hytlawra9850 -bonjour donc voila j'ai pu avoir la réponse et donc je transmets a tous ceux qui ne parle pas italien -donc ces lames de cactus une fois bien nettoyées elles servent a obtenir un gel très efficace utiliser surtout comme savon pour le traitement et l'embellissement du visage voila encore une fois merci
