The issue is that votes are not taken after hearing the argument. Sal just happens to side with the more popular opinion in most cases. Has nothing to do with people assuming which one Sal picked and voting based on that. Opening polls after the argument could shift more votes from the popular option. Going into this I was definitely on the evening side but Joe won me over.
