I can’t believe people are allowed to yell like that during a performance. In New Zealand the audience is silent until the dance has ended, then they applaude etc.

@@Tallulah-belle1980 civilized* oh i see. well i guess it’s preference. imo live performances are more enjoyable with cheering. i think it helps the performers feel good too. also imo a full but silent audience normally means they are bored, at least for here in the bay area which you may consider uncivilized.

@@footlovergirl5665 I'm from NZ too. I personally found it very distracting as it's such cool choreography but I felt I couldn't appreciate it with the squealing!

Loving everything from this studio, but I agree. The screaming ruined my enjoyment of this piece. Good thing it doesn’t seem to impact the judges though.
