Awesome video, thanks! I currently have a major issue and was wondering if you can help. I have a 2020 TB Kart with a Tillotson 225 motor. Using this clutch makes the chain rub against the seat chassis frame. You mention reversing this clutch to make it inboard. Can you share this video? I’m not too mechanical but willing to learn.

Is there anything you can do to reducing the dinging of this clutch with something hitting the housing and it sounds like a dinner bell?

I bought my Titan premier clutch new and it’s set up for outboard but I run inboard, if I slap it in without changing anything will it mess up the clutch?

You don’t grease the driver bearing?

Chris I have the same two questions as Bennett Taylor below, for some reason I can't see your answers.

Chris, I find often the slots that segment portions of each shoe get filled in partially with shoe material sort of spreading across the gap. Is this something that is important to address also when knocking off the glaze? If so, what is the best way you have found to clean that up? Is this a normal type of shoe wear or is it a symptom of another problem? (I noticed your shoes weren’t showing this type of wear) Lastly, how do you determine when it’s finally time to replace the shoes and/or the drum? Btw, great video!

I use a rotary file with an 1/8 inch double cut bit to clean out grooves but I usually only see those grooves filling up if the clutch is slipping excessively also I change the shoes if the glaze doesn't come off easily like it did in the video thanks for watching

I'm having this problem where the grooves are filling in. What causes the clutch to slip?

Chris, do you sell the tool that you used to chuck the drum into the drill? If you want to reach out directly, you can hit me on Facebook messenger.

Asking the same question, do you sell the drum tool to use drill to spin?
