Financing works the same as in the US with exception you're typically required to put at least 20% or more down and the qualifications may vary bank to bank.

It's a purchase agreement with the terms you and the seller agreed on. If you wanting specific details that will vary contract to contract. Anything specific you want to know if it's in there?
