....and this is why Norco has grass growing in the middle of it's streets, you can live there a year and never see a cop, and finding a city employee who actually understands they are there to serve the residents and not the organization is like seeking medical attention in a McDonalds. But hey I've lived here for years and I got a horse and run the hotdog stand at the annual rodeo so that qualifies me to run the city. Just once I'd like to see a candidate talk about their advanced degree in organizational management or civics, or at least some evidence of running a large organization other than the local chicken club.
