Since I bought the nord piano 5 I sent a message to the company to know how I could lower the volume of the synthesizers simultaneously and they told me that I could only by pressing Sift+Knob but that lowers the master. I think a firmware update to solve it would have been ideal instead of making a complete piano to solve it.
