But, but- that is what piano playing traditionally is. It's a coordinated, two-handed operation. And as far as it being on two separate keyboards, well church organists have been doing it for hundreds of years. I still think DOMi's playing is accomplished and mesmerizing- just so you know.

@Javid_74
@Javid_74 2 жыл бұрын
@@kengruz669 The thing that makes it so crazy though is that it's not the same class of instrument. They way she plays the bass on the left is a totally different dynamic style to her right hand, a lot more staccato and punchy. If it was two e-pianos or synths that are played the same way then it would just be a left-right separation. This is different.

Anyone in music knows that these are two of the most supremely talented musicians in many generations. That they came together almost by off chance is amazing. Anderson Paak knows what he has, and now so does the rest of the world (thankfully). Any critic of these artists is ignorant. We are seeing something truly special. If they’re at this level now, can we imagine what we will hear in 10 years?!!! Wow to both of them!

Just saw them open for polyphia in vancouver at the vogue with no idea who they were and was immediately enthralled by their playing prowess, absolutely immaculate. They are just as good in person as they are here. This was the song that finished off their act and it had everybody bopping, seriously talented individuals!!!!

I had to listen to this 3 times in a row, and send it to like 5 people. I'm in disbelief of how excellent this recording is. This 100% accomplishes it's goal of demonstrating the quality of the equipment, but this also goes _so_ hard, that I'm genuinely struggling to cope with how good it is.

Yea, you really need to have a drive for it. I personally have sticks with me half of the day and am always tapping something. I'm probably garbage, but I like to think I'm decent. But yea, if you don't really have a drive for it, go find something you do have the drive for; it's the drive that separates that greats from the decent

I think i actually like this version more than the one on the album the drums are way more crispy and pop out more. I guess that was just a creative choice on their part but something abt this live version has stuck with me over time.
