This is exactly why I love my Nord. The piano sound libraries consist of real recorded pianos that are sampled to encompass a whole range of tones and dynamics. Personally, I feel like Nord has the most most realistic sample library out there!

2 years too late. But he's using the string resonance and soft release option. This is available in the L and XL versions of the Nord Piano samples. Best used for solo pianos but can be turned off when playing with a full band.
