Brother, just found your channel and this absolutely beautifully done build. Young man, you are talented, you have a vision, and definitely the touch. As a father of 2 grown girls, and watched them become the women they are. You are one of a kind. So as a dad, this makese proud to see the young man you are. Keep this up. You got the right stuff. God Bless You. Thank you for sharing your story, Vision, journey with us all

What a cool bike to customize. I am a huge fan of anything Yamaha makes especially when it comes to their musical bass guitars and related equipment. Yamaha makes some of the best in the business and my basses are Alembic, and Yamaha, Yamaha amps, and their bikes are also AMAZING ! I can't wait to watch this. Popcorn in hand., Shaft drive is virtually maintenance free.

Brilliant! Best XV1100 Bobber I've seen! Well done! I always thought that the tank had to be changed or tilted to make that model look good. I stand corrected. I would weld a support between the frame sections you cut off though, to support the suspension mounts and don't twist or crack the frame. You could avoid the double layers of tubing in the exhaust joints by simply cutting away sections of the overlapping flange and weld the butt ends together. Enough effort would make it look seamless. Perhaps black oxide? (like TrueBlue) Bra gjort, Norge börjar komma ifatt! 😉

I'm back! Still watching these bobber build videos, trying to save up to an XV. Just watched your 535 build video, and the one thing I learnt watching many videos of basically all V-Twin builds is that I don't like the sound of short pipes. Long open pipes, preferably the rear half being one size bigger, gives a much deeper rumbling tone that I like better at any rev. The XV Series are not loud bikes, so they do well with open pipes, and typically sounds like much bigger bikes. More so the longer the plumbing. If you want to keep the 535 wrap-around short pipe style, just make another loop!

I love that Bobbed look with the white walls. Not so much with the Ape Hangers personally (That's just me). I like the Beach Bars for comfort, ride and look. To me it fits. Nice build...totally jelly !!!

I love it. I have seen many Yamaha bobbers and yours is the best XV bobber I have seen. The finish combo of chrome, black and clear coat looks awesome. The rear section looks excellent. I like that you kept the fenders. Most people leave out the front fender which I don't care for.
