It is builds like this that I can't get enough of! It's more American than any Harley rolling off the line in 2019 because this encompasses the ingenuity and craftsmanship and spirit of the true motorcycle builder. Fantastic job, looks killer and sounds awesome! I appreciate you taking the time to film this process.

G'day Chris this really bought back some great memories I built a K650 when I was in my twenties I'm now 61 it was a bit different than yours it had a big bore kit in it and other things that are to numerous to mention, it was great watching the build and I wish I had a photo of mine but thank you for filming it she turned out terrific, kind regards John Kinnane Tasmania Australia

You're a cool guy man and this video is relaxing to watch, you know watching as the project takes shape. Amazing result on the baking. Didn't know that it goes in stages like that and how the raw material looked when applied and what not. Learned a thing or two. Good stuff.

Awesome work Chris. Those old Kawasaki's and Honda CB's will run forever when properly taken care of... yours turned out beautiful. I'm rebuilding a 77 CB750 Super Sport from the ground up, but I'm doing it out of my home garage, which presents some fun challenges. Thanks for sharing the video, hope you'll do more like this.

Beautiful bike! I had a mid 80's KZ650. On a really good day I could redline it in the twisties for a few corners without killing myself (but completely terrifying myself). Nowadays I stay the hell away from redline. Getting rid of the twin front disk brakes, relying on the rear drum brake and fixed strut rear suspension is a real lifestyle commitment.

That sled takes me back to the days when my KZ-1000 stroker ruled the track ,bikes were much more beautiful back in the 70s because engines weren't hidden behind panels and shocks were part of the styling .

Was like after a loud concert, lol. But sure sounds mean and bad ass!!! I loved it!!! I switched to tri chops lots quieter!!
