Great skills in riding and video shooting! The suspension of the Norden seems to be very soft.

yeah, i had compression set on front to medium here, and preload on back at medium aswell. it handles jumps better when everything is set to max. but this is a scenario more made for Expedition rather than my normal Norden. Thanks for watch 🤜🤛

@@stavrozinio Thank's for replying! I found your channel as I was looking for a Svartpilen 401 off-road. What happened to that bike? Did you upgrade to the Norden 901? I am looking for a fun bike that is a bit off-road capable. A classical dualsport would be nice but there are not really any available in Europe besides the CRF300L (too weak for the road) and Husqvarna 701/KTM 690 R (expensive and probably a bit too "much" for my non-existent off-road skills haha). Could the Svartpilen 401 be a good bike for occasional off-roading (nothing extreme, just some backroads etc.) or should I invest more directly in sth. more capable like a Tenere 700 etc.? I just want a "fun" and light bike that is also capable to take some highway distances with ease. Maybe you can recommend sth. :) Thanks!

@@krasky I actually pulled my Svart from the 1.5y sleep few days ago (I managed to bend my frame, forks and whole front end on Norden), so I am riding my Svart now until that sorts out. IMO best choice is 690/701 enduro. It is light as Svartpilen, much more comfortable offroad, and can shred highway no problem. It is an unicorn dual sport in this day and age.

@@stavrozinioThe Husq 701 Enduro does indeed tick all the boxes performance-wise, but it just doesn't do it for me styling-wise. I'm actually considering a Norden 901 atm but I can't bring myself to selling my trusty ol Svart 401... might just end up going down your route ;) In the meantime, looking forward to more Svart 401 vids from you!
