In my country if we want to buy foreign boat, the goverment will do the survey they send a team which we pay toward the country we want to buy the use boat or ship, they check everything if it not aacording their standar the boat can't enter. If we want to buy second hand locally, if the buyer want to know the first purchasing price the seller must show it to the buyer because it related to tax...

Joseph Inbody great question Joseph. I am not the only one by any means. Yacht brokers and yacht sAles professionals pay a premium for this information and don’t voluntarily tell the people they’re selling to. It’s my responsibility to represent the buyer in a purchase so educating them, informing them and leveraging their negotiation is a large part of the value I provide under my business model.

@@YachtHunter I think what scares people off on buyers brokers is they don't know that the fee for them comes as part of the broker fee for the sellers broker rather than a separate charge.

@@YachtHunter Your being trolled buddy. Google Bob Conconni, he was the dude that originally purchased the Nordhavn 120. He sued and lost a horrific court case.
