My fabric got caught in the machine and now it won't work. I can see all the fabric from underneath the silver plate but I don't know how to get it out. Can anyone help?

That happens to me like all the time. I just cut it and pull it out. There isn't really a gentle easy way of doing it just pull it a bit. Then rethread it if it's come undone.

Hi .. I'm recently facing problem with my sewing machine. I used it for more than a year now, occasionally. However, yesterday I noticed that the upper thread got stiff when it went through feed step ( 3-4) just right after throwing down turn going left up to turn through step 4-5 before the needle. There is something causing the thread to cut after couples of stitches. I don't know what to do. can you help me please?

ghadia oscar same problem I am facing but mine is new I haven't used it yet but whenever I set the thread through these steps and start to sew the thread is left up in step 4 out of the needle! I then do all the thread setting again and it happens again! Don't know what to do!

I have just returned my identical machine to the retailer because it was constantly jamming. Upon closer examination I saw that the needle contacts the hook mechanism, it shows not do that. I would not buy the same machine again?
