Nice bass, and great pickups! The PureSalem guitar company had a guitar like this called the Mendiola. They have since changed the body shape, though to a more Jazzmaster offset-style.

It reminds me of the Ernie Ball Musicman Bongo Bass in body style and shape but the neck looks way more like a Jazz Bass style neck in width.
