Mark - great playing as always. I’m inclined to agree with your conclusion - the couple of extra toggles would give it the edge for me if I was looking for my first klone. I have am old Klon plus a couple of klones - Nordvang’ s own Wingman (double klone!) and the Ryra. This new Nordvang would probably beat out the Ryra or the Ceriatone Centura for me, although I imagine it’s more expensive than those other two.

Lol the clipping diodes don’t do anything until you increase gain from zero. Same with the original Klon. The pre drive is a fet boost I’d bet.

I think Nordvang was more so going for the spirit of the Klon but with a tweak. Having owned a silver Klon for quite some time I can say it def get like that pedal.
