Norfolk Broads February 2024 - Day Two - A Short Walk and a Short Cruise

We stay again at Sunset lodge in Brundall and this time have access to Lightning for a few short cruises. In this video Dave goes for a morning walk and later we cruise up the river checking the water levels out.

Great to see you all back on the Broads Dave. I'm sure you all enjoyed yourselves!!! Not sure I could go all that way and not be on a boat!!! We've not booked anything for this year yet....but I'm tempted!!! p.s. Depending on your stride-length, 12,000 steps is about 5 miles!!! (or 1 mile if it's me coming back from the pub pissed up)!!!

Hmmmm Southern Comfort, could just have another one of those and another! Can't drink it anymore, was quite ill on it once and just cannot stand the smell of any whiskey or whisky now. Gin and tonic please😁😁 Good Luck Dave

Hi Dave, totally agree about fuel used in Winter maintainance, each memeber should only pay for the fuel they use during their holiday, EVERYTHING for Winter maintainance should be equally split per share.

Hi Neil, I had it once on Silver Cloud and wasn't happy with a fuel bill twice what it should cost. They then asked the marina to fuel up after Winter Maintenance and I think that's fair.

I always wanted to stay in one of these waterside lodges the fact I can moor my speed boat up there outside the door is perfect where did u book the lodge from Dave ?my dad used to have a boat uo brundall sea line f33 fly bridge sand dollar u mite of seen it
