Hear the hissing noise at the rear of the manifest train .they hooked up the EOTD at the end of the train and it connects to the air brake. But the conductor didn’t put it tight enough. If you are wondering what a EOTD is ? It’s the red light at the end of the train.

ummm, where is this "loose" brake? All I am getting from the video is the driver had some brakes applied... Air brakes are supposed to be able to vent, that's how they work in the first place. Compressor on the engine charges a tank. Air pressure builds up and the brakes release allowing the wheels to roll. Take away that air pressure and the brakes get applied. A "loose" air brake would have a wheel either not stopping at all or locking up and at a minimum be putting out smoke from the slowly burning shoes. Of course there's always the option to say that a train dragging bits of its brakes underneath a car would be considered "loose" too...
