Alexi, there’s an actual racehorse owner right there at the itasha show! The Mazda 3, featured at 12:27 in the background, belongs to西山茂行, the owner of Seiun Sky and Nishino Flower. These magnificent horses have even been immortalized as characters in the Uma Musume anime and game.西山茂行 is deeply passionate about ensuring the world remembers his deep-loved horses, and that's why he's transformed his Mazda 3 into an itasha. By the way, he also has a Husqvarna bike, which is also a itasha.

You can also see him become less coy about him being a massive weeb with each Itasha video. Like going back to the first one and he's all "Ohh I don't know but I think this is *insert correct show with a synopsis about what it is*" and here he's just describing stuff as is.
@techpassion4126

@@NEEDbacon On that note, one super endearing thing I've liked is how much of a fan he is for Nakiri Ayame on these vids. I think he did a quick "yo dazo" in one of the vids. Then in another vid he talked about how one of his fave Itashas for that show was an R34 with Ayame art that had really good shading/lighting. Then there was also that tangent he had explaining gap moe with someone like Ayame who looks devilish but is actually a goofball. And now on this vid he says he's "a bit of a fan" at 8:15. Alexi is a proper Nakiri-gumi, love to see it

My own itasha would be either a FD3S, R32 or S15 with a hololive wrap consisting of a mix of my favorite members, Okayu, Suisei, Botan and Kanata. And if not a hololive wrap, then it would be Okita Souji and Okita Souji Alter from FGO.

can’t wait for more itasha content from the king 🙏🏻 I plan on in the future having an ironmouse itasha, not sure what car bc I have a couple I’m interested in.

If you do an Ironmouse you gotta have a small Bubi somewhere!!!

I live in Tustin California and there’s two itashas at my local supermarket. I’ve probably seen half a dozen in the last month. Definitely going world-wide.

Not a huge fan of anime but your coverage made it enjoyable on a different level! I can definitely appreciate Itasha more.

The Ayame R34 goes insane ngl. Engagement farming: Idk what you should itasha (the probox) but for me I'd probably go for like a cresta with the okayu theming.

16:27 LOL I was in Japan on holiday for the first time last this summer and I saw this exact car on the street in Tokyo and I got a picture of it! I couldn't recognise the character so good to know it's from Love Live

A black Accord Euro R with Tekken's Nina Williams in a single, subtle color that you can only see from certain angles. That's my dream car. You had a previous Itasha vid where one wrap was just matte and gloss(and some other reflective stuff) of the same color, that one really stuck with me.

Most of these cars are very aesthetically pleasing, even if the wraps are appropriately busy. These guys are very good at color matching. I really like these and I'm not much for anime or the like at all.
