At 60,I haven't heard this in over 35 years.Was in the garage,working on motorcycles,then it brought me back to Austin 1980,those house parties,the girls,Club Foot,Making new friends every day at the record store,cool club clothes,the old gang,My new Z28,learning these songs on my Rickenbacker bass,the new sound in the air at every turn.we thought it would last forever.A tear came to my eye,but it was a tear of joy

I met her at a show in Montreal in the late 70's, she was so full of charisma, the whole audience was swept up in her energy. Wonderful entertainer.
