Just stumbled on your first two videos , looks like a nice adventure, well done 👍, I wish I was a tad younger I'd do the same , but two wheelers kill me in my old age due to worn out bones and joints and all the rest of the old age stuff , I have a recumbent trike that takes a lot of pain out of personal transport, but it comes with its own set of limitations, although there are some trikes out there that are made for a bit of rougher terrain, mine is not. I might still contemplate an trail of a bit easier stuff. I'm with you on the spending a million dollars to live out on the road , whether it be on bikes , in a car or truck or dragging a caravan around ( which I've done) , being able to just pull up somewhere that takes your fancy and whip up a meal and just chill away from the rat race or the big smoke is just Soooo so cool. You're both a bit braver than I am , I hate the cold weather , as a melbourian , in winter I'm not a happy camper😊. All the best to you both.

@@normdouglas Hi Norm, my wife and I are tandem riders and have an Avanti tandem that we use mainly on the longer rail trails where we tow a trailer with our gear but have done a few mixed road/trail rides in Victoria over the years. We also have a Bike Friday folding tandem on which we have done two trips in Europe. The BF fits into two hard shell suitcases along with our camping gear etc for flights then the cases clip together on a folding trailer for the ride. We are hoping to tackle the Brisbane Valley rail trail and beyond once the COVID situation has stabilised.
