It was respectful right up until they censored his joke in the Courtney Thorne-Smith clip, and also failed to upload any of his (hilarious) appearances where the centerpiece was un-PC jokes. I agree, I imagine he crafted all his material around what he would personally find retardedly hilarious. It always seemed like he was having just as much fun as the audience and that's part of what made him so legendary in my opinion. Even if he totally bombed and got no laughs, it became an act for his own amusement, almost just to see what would happen at times. He's one of the only guys who would still do a joke on weekend update after knowing the rehearsal audiences didn't laugh at it because he genuinely believed the joke was funny and it always was even if he was seemingly the only one who got it.

@Team Coco I thought I have seen everything or at least most of everything Norm had on KZbin but I can't say I remember this one, thanks for sharing it. If you could, please give this week of posting videos to this man. The hearing of his death cut deep for me as it did for so many and it would be so fitting for Norm to have a week of celebrations for his talent not just as a comedian but for his remarkable talent as a talk show guest. Norm was truly one of a kind.
