So many really great communities in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas, and so many price levels to choose from. I think all three of these homes have good prices for what you get, and so affordable compared to other major cities. Give me a pool and I'll be happy pretty much anywhere. It's so important to have a good Realtor, and your Realtor seems very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I have always wanted to move to Vegas, and love that you showed us a few places to give us a peek at what we can expect. Love it. Fantastic job Norma!! 🌠

Very interesting! "Silicon Valley", and the surrounding "San Francisco Bay Area" (including Napa, Norma has been to Napa!) is home, since I grew up here, but interesting to see other areas that share our values, but are cheaper. And very beautiful host 🙂

WOW! Very Interesting, As a Realtor in San Antonio TX, you can get into a similar home for ALOT less and WAY less out of pocket! I know that is NV so the market is very different, and one thing is for certain for all you first time home buyers out there, your DPA (down payment assistance) should cover a big chunk if not ALL your down payment for your loan, and also asking for the closing costs (help) from the seller can bring your total out of pocket cost to VERY little! It's been done MANY times! Folks do your homework and find yourself a GREAT Realtor that can explain this whole process and SAVE you a lot of out of pocket expense!

They should have pointed out that the reason why the condo's HOA was the most expensive is because it also covers insurance for the building's exterior. But you still need to have insurance coverage for the inside and all its belongings.

so after spending the last year looking at houses here in Utah those prices seem really cheap. that condo would go for 100-150K more here and the 2nd one would be probably around 600k here. not sure about the mansion as I don't look at those very often as they are way out of my limit. Great video it is nice to see what you can get for various price points in Vegas.

Thanks for giving us an idea of how much it costs to be a homeowner in Las Vegas. They all look great but I love the 2.3 million house due to it being one level, all the bedrooms have their own bathroom, the backyard with that great pool and no HOA, although the view from the 3 story house is great but all those steps would kill me. LOL As one short person to another, sometimes it pays to be short.😁

Hello Norma, When I first moved to Las Vegas in 1990, the cheapest price I've seen for a house not a condo was $81,000. I remember everywhere you go they were always building new homes. There used to be signs and flags that points you to the models. In 1990, purchasing a $200K home in considered a luxury.
