I've only been to the boarder grill once it was still at Caesars Palace forum shop area when I went, but it was amazing. Now that I know they do an all you can eat brunch I'm for sure going to hit that.

I used to work at the Forum Shops and would go to breakfast after work around 2am - Place me and my co-workers would go to is "Orleans" at their diner. I would order their steak and eggs.

Hi Norma, I'm a new subscriber! You are lovely. Your videos are so informative and easy to watch and I love the bloopers at the end! I take my mom to Las Vegas for Mother's Day every year and each year we try and find a new place for brunch. We've tried Giada, Bardot and Eiffel Tower, all were as amazing as your visits. We also tried the Sunday buffet at Wynn which was amazing, Bouchon, so yummy, La Cave at Wynn (small plates) and Yard Bird (pretty good).

Hi Norma, I think of your channel as the best Vegas Insider for locals, which means to me limited Strip locations and more details about places in the metro area that possibly wouldn’t be of interest to tourists. Huge thank you Norma! Was in Las Vegas last weekend and told my group about Border Grill as you recommended. I didn't know it was a Susan Feniger restaurant before arriving and it was AMAZING! The place is buried within Mandalay Bay and I was staying at the Mirage so I wouldn't have had any clue about it without your video. A bit surprised you did not mention The Henry at the Cosmopolitan. Their Short Rib Eggs Benedict is absolutely amazing, and so are their beignets with fresh lemon curd.

The Dungeness Cras Benedict has real range free hens' eggs for the yolk to have that deep orange color. The first time I had eggs like that I couldn't eat it because I couldn't get past the color. Those eggs are so rich.

Brunch is probably my favorite kind of meal. Unfortunately, I am either usually not awake and out of the house early enough to make it in time or am in a rush to get to a pool someplace in Vegas while the sun is still high in the sky to be best for my tan, so (unless a place has expanded brunch hours) my brunch experiences are limited. Whenever I watch one of your videos, I have usually eaten at a majority of the places you talk about. In this video, I have only been to three out of the five, but I have never had brunch at any of them. Hell, I didn't even know that most of them served brunch because I usually think of them as dinner places. But it seems like your idea of brunch is way more fancy than mine. I tend to go for more of the fancy french toast kind of stuff. I'm not cool enough to eat the fancy things you eat. LOL. But I will try some of these brunch places out when an appropriate occasion arises.

It depends on what you are after, Norma. I think it's the Fremont that offered (offers?) champagne brunches for something like $6.99. The food sucks but you can be drunk by 10am for pocket change.
