I also did this on my interceptor 650. Used loctite black RTV sealant. I had to change to tubeless tyres. Then only it worked. Stock tyres bead nahi pakar rahe the. If this fails use tubeless tyres it would definitely work.

Because of tubeless and tube tyres are designed differently. Tubeless tyres have extra rubber grip on edges to prevent air leakage.

Bhai i used rtv sealant and applied 3 coats. And later used silicon sealant to finalize. As your tyre is Ceat tubetype so grind the side walls of the tyres and clean the side of rims and apply fevibond on side walls. For first 2 weeks i kept the tyre pressure as 55 pounds. Later reduced the tyre pressure. Also after the completion of whole process, please do the wheel balance by adding suitable weight other wise you will feel wobble at high speeds. For Leh trip, please change the tubetype tyre and go for tubeless tyre.

There is a reson why alloy wheels are used for tubeless tyres because they are meant for the same and they are designed in a way to sustain that air pressure.... Spoke wheel can never become tubeless maybe for sometime but not forever

Tyres ki walls metal rim pe jaha grip leti he vo area me bhi sealent laga ke hava bharte to aur jyada time air leak proof rahta... Traveling me khaddo se jo impact lagta he tab ye extra sealing help karega... Agar success hua to Indian jugad ki ek mishal kayam hogi... Best luck.

Bhai ye Silicone Tube hai ye car ki windshield Stick karne ke kaam aata hai, aap is se or bhi acchi quality ki use kar sakte hai. Jisko AIS Beta seal name se aati hai, wo silicone ki top quality hai, or aap chahe toh Body Sealent bhi use kar sakte hai, us ka toh koi tod hi nahi hai.

Rammy bhai alloys special size make for tubeless or cast iron wheels ki same diameter size me thoda sa banwat me fark hota hai isliye jab bhi pucher hoga tubeless tyre rim ki kinare chod deta hai chahe humne tube type alloys me tubeless lagaya ho. Alloys or rim made by companies for tubeless are different. Chahe paste na bhi nikale to bhi tyre kinari kinari chod dega. Jab ki tubeless rim me kinari nhi chutati.
