YES! I have a recipe very similar to this, and have written on it "the best". They spread out and are crispy around the edges, chewy in the center, just as you described. I don't add nuts because my hubby doesn't like it....but they are delicious just the same! It's my next cookie baking event here lol Loved the beginning of your video...mmm..so snowy, we're waiting for a day like that!
