Example: Right now I m going to cover basic concepts in political science and later I will cover public administration, western political thought and thinker, than international relations and security studies and regional studies. Thank you Bharati for your comment. Well the origins of Empirical approach is mentioned in this tutorial. There is no specific date or day when it started but overall it started in early 20th century and by 1940s this approach became famous to study politics.
