If he was going to turn right ahead then what lane he supposed to be ??

Left, as that's the lane you're always supposed to be in according to the book. She should have stuck left until the examiner said to move over to the next lane because they will turn right later. The instructions are 'go straight ahead until otherwise instructed'. She shouldn't know there was a right instruction/turn ahead so she should've stayed left. imho a stupid rule to fail somebody over as nobody who has passed drives like this

Pls what is he expected to do as the cyclist jump I'm front of him or how was is his fault

She should have checked the left side mirror before she moved off in that case she could have avoided failing her test for it. Before you change direction or speed always check your mirror(s).
