Been so hard to not watch other unboxing videos on this team, but gotta wait for the BHPC quality ;) Looking forward to receiving this team myself!

Dark elves were easy peasy. The plugs in the back of the dwarves was a bloody nightmare.

Is that bases without useless slots I see?!

Yes 🤩🤩🤩 yes it is!! Solid move by GW! And I’m going to assume it was done on purpose too hah

Should have used the Khorne team for size comparisons. They look like a mirror match both in aesthetics and play style (admittedly the Norse are a more proficient team at y'know passing and catching).

Just realised while watching this, that the beer boar definitely should've had the Horns rule xD My box should arrive today, and hopefully the Yhetti and Barrel Yeeter too, high chance these will be my new "main" team going forward, can't wait to get them built and spend far too long painting them up!

Thanks for reminding me of the nightmarish thumb bit of the Dark Elf team.

Great video, beautiful looking team! Let's hope it's the end of those awful gw slotted bases which have served little purpose since the first 4 teams were released!

Okay... as someone who built Dwarves... just... why are there massive holes in their backs?!

The kit overall is really nice, but the ulfwerner size is very disappointing. They are the same size as the other players on the team! Why???
@BoneheadPodcast2 жыл бұрын
Ahhh yeah I thought the same thing! They're great sculpts, but the Ulfs should've been Bloodseeker sized! 😁

I really like the slotted bases and the bar! Feels more secure, and for people who don't like it, they can snip it off :))
@BoneheadPodcast2 жыл бұрын
Haha it wasn’t bad when there was a full bar 😂 but when it was about 10% of the gap… it was just a base with a hole in it 😂

@bagdadpinball58642 жыл бұрын
@@AFAndersen Yeah, I liked it when they actually had bars. But now 95% of the BB models does'nt even use them at all, so you're left with the whole thing to fill with green stuff. I prefer to drill a hole for the ball than to fill an entire slot. ;)

Already ordered one Last Weekend (and the local retail store had a event on running where he invested that money to plant a tree to save the enviroment for each order. So my norse Team plante a tree ;-) When will we discuss about build how to develop these? I'm still not sure about the valkyrie. I mean, what we get is fine, but from a Design point of view I still prefer my Idea to simply give her pro xD

@@trashfire9641 I did pretty good with it, until that thumb. I pride myself on decent manual dexterity, but cleaning the mold lines off of that thumb had me convinced GW was trolling me hard.

I find comparing the size between players from different teams to visually gauge ST a little strange. For me personally as long as the players look different in the context of their own team then that’s all that matters. Comparing an Orc with a Human seems an unsuitable approach. Regular Orc linemen are chunky compared to any other team. The Orcs are narratively bigger in size than Humans. In game they’re both ST3 but the models are significantly different in size. You could make a narrative argument that the Orc lineman doesn’t punch his weight, while the Human linemen punches above his weight. But it’s not really important on the tabletop. I think the Ulfwerenars look stronger in the context of their team mates and that’s what Is important when looking at them if they’re an opposing team. A Goblin fanatic is ST7 and he’s not very big visually but we all accept he packs a fair whack with his ball and chain without cross comparing with a Black Orc for size. Similarly human catchers are ST2 but bigger than a Goblin or Halfling. Anyway, enough of my rambling. It’s no big deal, just a little niggle of mine when comparing model sizes. Keep up the good work you’re doing Ben, love your channel and the quality of the vids you put out! 🙂.
