Was filmed in action mode? because that doesn t allow to be saved in 4K

What do you mean by 'action mode', are you referring to 'active mode' stabilisation or do you mean 'motion shot video'? This wasn't shot with 'motion shot video' and you are right that you cannot shoot 'motion shot video' in 4K. If you mean 'active mode' stabilisation then that can be set when filming in 4K as well as 1080p HD. My upload here is in HD and was done with 'active mode' set.
