North American Youth Chess Championship Round 7: Game of the Day! 1

Welcome to the official recaps for the 2024 North American Youth Championships! This exciting event took place in Dulles, VA, on Dec 18, 2024 - Dec 23, 2024, bringing together top players and federations from the USA, Canada, and Mexico. With 12 competitive sections across the U18, U16, U14, U12, U10, and U8 age groups, participants battled it out in both the Open and Girls categories for medals and FIDE titles.
The event's time control was 90 minutes with a 30-second increment per move starting from the 1st move. Additionally, games from the U18 through U10 sections were broadcast for all chess enthusiasts to enjoy on twitch.tv/uschess.
