Hello - it depends on the size of the condo - for example, right now the HOAs are as follows : 1 bedroom $915/mo, 2 bedroom $1259/mo, 3 bedroom $1525/mo, 4 bedroom $2053/mo and 5 bedroom $2743/mo. Let us know how else we can help!

Don't stay in the Jasmine Tower or any of the towers they won't let you park outside and they will have your car towed stay cost you 4500 to 5000

From our experience with clients and family staying at this property, you are correct, they are very strict about displaying your parking pass as they have security always around . If you don't display your parking pass or park in owners only spaces they can certainly tow you.
